The Mariposa Wrap Skort is easy, flattering and adjustable. It wraps and ties exactly how you want it to, with an elasticated back for extra comfort. It adjusts to your body without overthinking the fit. You get that flirty skirt moment, but with the built-in shorts, so you can move, sit, and twirl without worrying about showing anything you don’t want to.

The inside is just as good as the outside, no serger needed! It’s finished with French seams throughout and a touch of Hong Kong binding on the waistband. It feels clean, elevated, and worth taking your time with.

This pattern was drafted for someone with the height of 5’7” (170cm).

Sewing a toile is recommended using inexpensive fabric to make sure the fit is as intended. Opt for a low-cost fabric similar in weight and drape to your final fabric. Choose the size closest to your hip measurement. The back elastic waistband will allow you to adjust the fit to your body. It’s important to look at the finished measurements chart, it will help determine which size you need. Mariposa is designed to sit at your natural waist.
